In dieser Rolle stellen Sie stabile Logistikprozesse und effiziente Materialflüsse im produktionsnahen Umfeld sicher. Sie analysieren Kennzahlen, bearbeiten operative Störungen und entwickeln bestehende Logistikkonzepte gemeinsam mit internen Fachbereichen und Dienstleistern weiter.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Wareneingang, Lagerhaltung, innerbetrieblichem Transport und Warenausgang
• Analyse von Logistikkennzahlen und Erstellung von Reports zur Bewertung der Prozessleistung
• Bearbeitung logistischer und systemischer Störungen in SAP R/3 sowie Einleitung geeigneter Korrekturmaßnahmen
• Analyse bestehender Abläufe und Umsetzung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit
• Durchführung des Bestandsmanagements und Unterstützung bei Inventurplanung und neuen Logistiksystemen
• Koordination mit Produktion, Einkauf, Qualitätssicherung, Supply and Demand sowie externen Logistikdienstleistern

Ihr Profil

• Bachelorabschluss in Supply Chain Management, Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft oder Ingenieurwesen beziehungsweise eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Alternativ Qualifikation als Techniker oder Fachwirt mit mehrjähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Logistik oder in einem produktionsnahen industriellen Umfeld ist von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse in der Planung und Optimierung von Materialflüssen sowie im Umgang mit Qualitätsstandards
• Kenntnisse von SAP-R/3-Detailfunktionen und Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung logistischer Prozessstörungen
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch versiert sowie selbstständige und durchsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you will ensure stable logistics processes and efficient material flows in a production-related environment. You will analyse performance indicators, resolve operational disruptions and further develop logistics concepts together with internal departments and service providers.

Your tasks

• Plan, control and monitor goods receipt, warehousing, internal transport and goods issue processes
• Analyse logistics performance indicators and prepare reports to assess process performance
• Resolve logistical and system-related disruptions in SAP R/3 and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• Analyse existing workflows and implement continuous improvements to increase efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Perform inventory management and support stocktaking activities and the implementation of new logistics systems
• Coordinate with production, procurement, quality assurance, Supply and Demand teams and external logistics providers

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Alternatively, a technician or business specialist qualification combined with several years of relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience in logistics or a production-related industrial environment are advantageous
• Knowledge of material-flow planning and optimization as well as relevant logistics quality standards
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 detail functions and experience in resolving logistical process disruptions
• Business-fluent German, advanced English and a proactive, independent and assertive working style
