Sie unterstützen das Produktvarianten- und Konfigurationsmanagement in einem komplexen Projektumfeld. Die Rolle verbindet Prozesssicherheit, Änderungsmanagement und die enge Abstimmung mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Definition und Abstimmung von Schnittstellen im Konfigurationsmanagement intern und extern
• Erstellung von Konfigurationsmanagement-Plänen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
• Aufbau und Pflege von Produktstrukturen sowie Abbildung von Konfigurationseinheiten in KM-Tools
• Sicherstellung der Anwendung von Konfigurationsprozessen, Releaseboards und Baselines
• Durchführung des internen und externen Änderungsmanagements einschließlich Change Control Boards
• Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statusdarstellungen sowie Abstimmung mit Projektteams, Kunden und Partnern

Ihr Profil
• Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
• Erfahrung in Projektabwicklung und Konfigurationsmanagement nach gängigen KM-Standards
• Gute Kenntnisse in SAP und idealerweise in SAP PLM oder Serena Business Manager
• Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und sicheres Auftreten im Projektumfeld
• Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher

You will support product variant and configuration management in a complex project environment. The role combines process reliability, change management and close coordination with internal and external stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Your tasks
• Define and align configuration management interfaces internally and externally
• Prepare configuration management plans in German and English
• Create and maintain product structures and map configuration items in CM tools
• Ensure the application of configuration processes, release boards and baselines
• Perform internal and external change management including change control boards
• Prepare reports and status overviews and coordinate with project teams, customers and partners

Your profile
• Degree in industrial engineering or a comparable technical qualification
• Experience in project execution and configuration management based on common CM standards
• Good knowledge of SAP and ideally SAP PLM or Serena Business Manager
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a confident manner in project environments
• Structured, responsible and team-oriented way of working
• Business fluent German and English skills
