In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie die Vorbereitung und Koordination von Flugzeugauslieferungen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Überführungsflügen, Kundenzufriedenheit, Dokumenten und operativer Abstimmung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Koordination der Vorbereitung von Überführungsflügen für Flugzeugauslieferungen
• Sicherstellung relevanter Dokumente und behördlicher Anforderungen
• Abstimmung notwendiger Ground-Support-Aktivitäten mit internen und externen Partnern
• Koordination sicherheits- und zollbezogener Abläufe im Auslieferungsprozess
• Betreuung kundenbezogener Anforderungen rund um den Überführungsflug
• Dokumentation, Budgetkontrolle und Mitarbeit an Verbesserungen im Delivery-Umfeld

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene technische, kaufmännische oder wirtschaftliche Qualifikation
• Erfahrung in Customer Service, Projektmanagement oder Kommunikationsmanagement
• Kenntnisse im Bereich zivile Luftfahrt oder Dokumentation von Vorteil
• Erfahrung in Flight Operations oder Ground Handling wünschenswert
• Kundenorientierte, flexible und kommunikative Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch versiert und Englisch verhandlungssicher

In this role, you support the preparation and coordination of aircraft deliveries. The focus is on ferry flights, customer satisfaction, documentation and operational alignment.

Your tasks

• Coordinate the preparation of ferry flights for aircraft deliveries
• Ensure relevant documents and authority-related requirements
• Align required ground support activities with internal and external partners
• Coordinate security- and customs-related steps within the delivery process
• Support customer-related requirements around the ferry flight
• Handle documentation, budget tracking and improvement activities in delivery processes

Your profile

• Completed technical, commercial or business-related qualification
• Experience in customer service, project management or communication management
• Knowledge of civil aviation or related documentation is an advantage
• Experience in flight operations or ground handling is desirable
• Customer-oriented, flexible and communicative working style
• Advanced German and fluent English skills
