Sie unterstützen das Konfigurations- und Dokumentationsmanagement für komplexe Produkte in einem dynamischen Projektumfeld. Die Rolle verbindet Datenkonsistenz, Traceability und die enge Abstimmung mit Entwicklung, Produktion und weiteren Schnittstellen.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Steuerung des Konfigurationsmanagements für mehrere Produkte mit Änderungen, Baselines und Gremien
• Mitarbeit im interdisziplinären Team für Konfigurations- und Dokumentationsaufgaben über Standorte hinweg
• Durchführung von Reifegradbewertungen zur Sicherstellung von Nachvollziehbarkeit und Datenqualität
• Aufbau und Pflege von Konfigurations- und Dokumentationsdaten in Teamcenter und SAP
• Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen im Konfigurationsumfeld
• Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern zu Dokumentation, Änderungen und Standards

Ihr Profil
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Configuration Management oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
• Gute Kenntnisse in SAP sowie idealerweise in Teamcenter, Confluence oder Jira
• Strukturierte, eigenständige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten im Austausch mit Fachbereichen
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils fließend, Französisch von Vorteil

You will support configuration and documentation management for complex products in a dynamic project environment. The role combines data consistency, traceability and close coordination with development, production and related stakeholders.

Your tasks
• Manage configuration topics for several products including changes, baselines and boards
• Work in an interdisciplinary team on configuration and documentation activities across sites
• Perform maturity assessments to support traceability and data quality requirements
• Establish and maintain configuration and documentation data in Teamcenter and SAP
• Contribute to the improvement of configuration-related processes within the organisation
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on documentation, changes and standards

Your profile
• Degree in engineering, aerospace, business or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in configuration management or a similar environment
• Good SAP skills and ideally knowledge of Teamcenter, Confluence or Jira
• Structured, independent and quality-focused way of working
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and a confident manner with stakeholders
• Fluent German and English, French is an advantage
