Die Position unterstützt die Fertigungssteuerung im H135/H145-Umfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Teileverfügbarkeit, offenen Fertigungsaufträgen, Materialfluss, SAP-Datenpflege sowie der Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Logistik, Konstruktion und Arbeitsvorbereitung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sicherstellung der Teileverfügbarkeit und Steuerung offener Fertigungsaufträge
• Koordination von NC Tasks, Nacharbeiten, Dokumentation und Ursachenanalysen
• Analyse von Fehlteilen, Einleitung von Eskalationen und Teilnahme an Fehlteil-Meetings
• Terminierung, Freigabe und Überwachung von Fertigungsaufträgen und Lieferterminen
• Abstimmung mit Lieferanten sowie Reporting und Pflege relevanter KPIs in SAP
• Koordination logistischer Tätigkeiten und Optimierung des Materialflusses bis zur Montagestation

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriemechaniker mit Meisterqualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Fertigung, Produktion, Fertigungsplanung oder Fertigungssteuerung
• Erfahrung in der Materialsteuerung sowie in mechanischen Luftfahrtumgebungen
• Kenntnisse in Arbeitsvorbereitung, Logistikprozessen und Schnittstellenkoordination
• MS-Office-Kenntnisse auf Ebene von Detailfunktionen sowie sicherer Umgang mit SAP
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch mindestens versiert

The role supports production control in the H135/H145 environment. The focus is on parts availability, open production orders, material flow, SAP data maintenance and coordination between production, logistics, engineering and work preparation.

Your tasks

• Ensure parts availability and control open production orders
• Coordinate NC tasks, rework, documentation and root cause analyses
• Analyse missing parts, initiate escalations and participate in shortage meetings
• Schedule, release and monitor production orders and delivery dates
• Coordinate with suppliers and maintain reporting and relevant KPIs in SAP
• Coordinate logistics activities and optimize material flow up to the assembly station

Your profile

• Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic with master craftsman qualification
• Several years of experience in manufacturing, production, production planning or production control
• Experience in material control and mechanical aviation environments
• Knowledge of work preparation, logistics processes and interface coordination
• MS Office knowledge at detailed function level and confident use of SAP
• Business fluent German and at least advanced English skills
