Gesucht wird ein Integrations- und Wartungstechniker für Marine- und Bodenradarsysteme sowie Produkte der elektronischen Kampfführung. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Integration, Inbetriebnahme und Prüfung digitaler und hochfrequenter Baugruppen sowie der Leistungselektronik.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Integration und Inbetriebnahme digitaler und hochfrequenter Baugruppen sowie der Leistungselektronik
• Abgleich und Prüfung von Hochfrequenzbaugruppen bis 26 GHz
• Prüfung von Leistungsmodulen bis 20 kW
• Durchführung von Prüfungen der elektrischen Sicherheit gemäß VDE 0701/0702 und VDE 0100-600
• Aufbau und Durchführung von Einzel- und Dauerversuchen mit komplexen Versuchsaufbauten und Prüftechniken der Digital- und Hochfrequenztechnik
• Vorbereitung von Geräten und Systemen für Untersuchungen sowie Durchführung von Eingangsprüfungen
• Erstellung mechanischer und elektrischer Fertigungshilfsdokumentationen sowie Initiierung von Änderungen
• Mitarbeit bei Prozess- und Ablaufoptimierungen
• Rechtzeitige Identifikation und Lösung von Problemen während des Produktionsprozesses
• Bearbeitung von Aufträgen in SAP ERP und MES
• Erstellung von Qualitätsmeldungen in SAP
• Dokumentation von Kundenrücklieferungen im SAP-Modul IMT

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Mechatroniker oder Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme beziehungsweise eine vergleichbare Qualifikation auf Berufsausbildungsniveau
• Zusatzqualifikation zum staatlich geprüften Techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion im Bereich der Analog-, Digital- und Hochfrequenztechnik
• Sicherer Umgang mit elektronischen Messgeräten
• Erfahrung in der Integration komplexer Baugruppen und Systeme
• Kenntnisse der Detailfunktionen von MS Office
• Kenntnisse in SAP ERP und SAP PLM sind wünschenswert
• Deutsch mindestens verhandlungssicher und Englisch mindestens versiert
• Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Koordinations- und Integrationsfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Teamfähigkeit, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent

We are looking for an Integration and Maintenance Technician for naval and ground radar systems as well as electronic warfare products. The focus is on integrating, commissioning and testing digital and high-frequency assemblies and power electronics.

Your tasks

• Integrate and commission digital and high-frequency assemblies as well as power electronics
• Adjust and test high-frequency assemblies up to 26 GHz
• Test power modules up to 20 kW
• Perform electrical safety tests in accordance with VDE 0701/0702 and VDE 0100-600
• Set up and perform individual and endurance tests using complex test setups and digital and high-frequency testing techniques
• Prepare devices and systems for examination and perform incoming inspections
• Prepare mechanical and electrical manufacturing support documentation and initiate changes
• Contribute to process and workflow optimization
• Identify and resolve problems during the production process in good time
• Process orders in SAP ERP and MES
• Create quality notifications in SAP
• Document customer returns in the SAP IMT module

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician or electronics technician for devices and systems, or a comparable qualification at vocational-training level
• Additional qualification as a state-certified technician or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in production involving analog, digital and high-frequency technology
• Confident use of electronic measuring equipment
• Experience in integrating complex assemblies and systems
• Knowledge of detailed MS Office functions
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP PLM is desirable
• German at least at negotiation level and English at least at an advanced level
• Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Independent working style, coordination and integration skills as well as assertiveness
• Teamwork skills, a high degree of responsibility, resilience and organizational talent
