Sie arbeiten als Qualitätsfunktion in der Final Assembly Line und Flight Line für kommerzielle und militärische Hubschrauber und unterstützen die Qualitätssicherung entlang industrieller Prozesse.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Mitarbeit in multifunktionalen Teams zur Verbesserung von Qualitätsprozessen und Aviation Safety

• Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsmethoden wie FAI, PFMEA, Control Plan und Risikoanalysen

• Unterstützung und Koordination von Erstmusterprüfungen in Endmontage und Einflug

• Analyse und Nutzung von Qualitätsdaten und KPIs zur Prozessverbesserung

• Mitwirkung bei Arbeitsplanfreigaben, Prüfmerkmalen und Abweichungsmanagement

• Unterstützung bei der Einführung digitaler Qualitäts- und Analyse-Tools

Ihr Profil

• Technische Qualifikation, z. B. Techniker, Fachwirt oder vergleichbar

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitäts-, Manufacturing- oder Produktionsumfeld

• Praxis mit Qualitätsmethoden und industriellen Prozessen

• Proaktive, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Offenheit für digitale Lösungen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung

• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

You work as part of the quality organization in final assembly and flight line environments for commercial and military helicopters.

Your tasks

• Participation in cross-functional teams to improve quality processes and aviation safety

• Application and development of quality methods such as FAI, PFMEA, and control plans

• Support and coordination of first article inspections in assembly and flight line

• Analysis and use of quality data and KPIs for process improvement

• Contribution to work plan approvals, inspection characteristics, and deviation management

• Support of digital quality tools and analytics solutions

Your profile

• Technical qualification such as technician, master craftsman, or comparable

• Several years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or production environments

• Practical knowledge of quality methods and industrial processes

• Proactive, structured, and team-oriented working style

• Openness towards digital solutions and continuous improvement

• Business-fluent German and solid English skills
