Für unseren Kunden HENSOLDT suchen wir Sie als Teamassistenz RF Equipment Engineering (m/w/d).

Der Bereich RF Equipment Engineering verantwortet die Entwicklung von Hochfrequenz-Komponenten und -Geräten für Radar- und elektronische Kampfführungssysteme. In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie Führungskräfte und Teams organisatorisch und administrativ im Tagesgeschäft.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützung der Vorgesetzten und Mitarbeitenden bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben

• Planung und Koordination von Terminen, Meetings und Geschäftsreisen inklusive Flug- und Hotelbuchungen

• Sicherstellung toolbasierter Beschaffungs- und Einkaufsabläufe

• Erstellung und Prüfung von Rechnungen sowie Reisekostenabrechnungen

• Organisation der Ablage sowie des Postein- und -ausgangs

• Unterstützung bei der Terminkoordination

• Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung wiederkehrender Verwaltungsaufgaben

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP

• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

• Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent

• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen

• Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch sicher

For our customer HENSOLDT, we are looking for a Team Assistant RF Equipment Engineering (m/f/d).

The RF Equipment Engineering department is responsible for developing high-frequency components and equipment for radar and electronic warfare systems. In this role, you will provide organizational and administrative support to managers and teams.

Your tasks

• Administrative and organizational support for managers and team members

• Planning and coordination of appointments, meetings and business travel including flight and hotel bookings

• Ensuring tool-based procurement and purchasing processes

• Preparation and review of invoices and travel expense reports

• Organization of filing systems and incoming/outgoing mail

• Support with scheduling and coordination

• Independent handling of recurring administrative tasks

Your profile

• Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification

• Very good skills in MS Office and SAP

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

• High level of responsibility, resilience and organizational skills

• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel

• Fluent business German and good command of English
