In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie Material Support Services im A400M-Umfeld mit Fokus auf Retrofit- und MRO-Aktivitäten. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf termingerechter Materialbereitstellung, Schnittstellenkoordination und Absicherung vertraglicher Lieferverpflichtungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für End-to-End Material Support Services für A400M Retrofit- und MRO-Aktivitäten
• Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit für vertragliche A400M-Verpflichtungen
• Koordination zwischen Programmen, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Quality, Engineering und MRO
• Schnittstelle zum Program Office und zu Operations hinsichtlich Materiallieferungen
• Steuerung von Materialthemen nach On-Time-, On-Quality- und On-Cost-Vorgaben
• Entwicklung alternativer Lösungen bei Liefer-, Beschaffungs- oder Materialengpässen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium in Ingenieurwesen, Supply Chain oder Logistik
• Berufserfahrung in Disposition, Materialbeschaffung, Engineering oder Supply Chain
• Kenntnisse im Export Control Umfeld für Materialien erforderlich
• Detaillierte SAP-Spezialkenntnisse
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch versiert und Englisch verhandlungssicher

In this role, you are responsible for material support services in the A400M environment with focus on retrofit and MRO activities. The focus is on on-time material delivery, interface coordination and ensuring contractual delivery commitments.

Your tasks

• Take responsibility for end-to-end material support services for A400M retrofit and MRO activities
• Ensure material availability for contractual A400M commitments
• Coordinate between programs, legal, finance, procurement, quality, engineering and MRO
• Act as interface to the program office and operations regarding material deliveries
• Manage material topics according to on-time, on-quality and on-cost targets
• Develop alternative solutions for delivery, procurement or material constraints

Your profile

• Completed Master’s or Diploma degree in engineering, supply chain or logistics
• Professional experience in material planning, procurement, engineering or supply chain
• Export control knowledge related to materials is required
• Detailed SAP specialist knowledge
• Strong communication skills and solution-oriented way of working
• Advanced German and business-fluent English skills
