Qualitätsprüfer Prototypen / Luftfahrt (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

Sie arbeiten in der Quality Line Side im Bereich Prototypen und begleiten qualitätsrelevante Aufgaben rund um Konfiguration, Dokumentation und Lufttüchtigkeit. Auch eine Tätigkeit in Teilzeit ist möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Führung und Erstellung der Lebenslaufakte eines Hubschraubers einschließlich relevanter Dokumentation
• Erfassung und Verarbeitung von Wartungsmaßnahmen sowie Ein- und Ausbauten
• Unterstützung eines stabilen Produktionsablaufs durch schnelle Bearbeitung von Qualitätsproblemen und Vermeidung von Fremdkörperschäden
• Unterstützung des freigebenden Personals zur Aufrechterhaltung des Flugbetriebes
• Attestierung der Qualität, Konformität und Lufttüchtigkeit von Bauteilen und Baugruppen
• Durchführung von Konfigurationsprüfungen, Embodiment Checks sowie Abschluss- und Erstmusterprüfungen

Ihr Profil
• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen, luftfahrttechnischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrt, idealerweise in Dokumentation, Aktenführung oder qualitätsnahen Prozessen
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP und strukturierter Dokumentation
• Techniker- oder Meisterqualifikation ist von Vorteil
• Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit sowie eine sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

You will work in Quality Line Side in the prototype environment and support quality-related tasks covering configuration, documentation and airworthiness. Part-time work is also possible.

Your tasks
• Maintain and create the helicopter logbook file including all relevant documentation
• Record and process maintenance activities as well as installations and removals
• Support stable production processes through fast handling of quality issues and prevention of foreign object damage
• Support certifying staff to help maintain flight operations
• Attest quality, conformity and airworthiness of parts and assemblies
• Perform configuration checks, embodiment checks as well as final and first article inspections

Your profile
• Completed vocational training in a technical, aeronautical or commercial field, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in aerospace, ideally in documentation, records management or quality-related processes
• Confident use of MS Office, SAP and structured documentation methods
• Technician or master qualification is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and a careful, solution-oriented way of working
• Fluent German and good English skills
