Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Position koordinieren Sie IT-bezogene Entwicklungsprojekte im Umfeld moderner Bodenunterstützungssysteme für militärische Luftfahrzeuge und tragen zur Weiterentwicklung zukunftsrelevanter Defence-IT-Lösungen bei.

• Koordination und Steuerung von IT-Produktentwicklungen inklusive Release-Planung

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeit, Umfang, Kosten und Qualität

• Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie Management der Kundenerwartungen

• Definition, Koordination und Begleitung von Projektteams über alle Projektphasen hinweg

• Sicherstellung eines transparenten Informationsflusses innerhalb des Projekts und zu angrenzenden Projektleitungen

• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Projekt- und Abstimmungsmeetings

• Vertretung des Projekts gegenüber Programmorganisation und Fachbereichen

• Zentrale Ansprechperson für projektbezogene Fragestellungen

• Unterstützung bei Entscheidungsfindungen unter Berücksichtigung technischer, organisatorischer und wirtschaftlicher Aspekte

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, z. B. Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Luft- und Raumfahrt oder vergleichbar

• Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im IT- oder Software-Umfeld

• Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit an oder Koordination von komplexen Software- oder IT-Systemen

• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Projekt- und Office-Tools

• Erfahrung mit Tools wie Jira und Confluence

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten

• Teamorientierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

Your tasks

In this role, you will coordinate IT-related development projects in the context of ground support systems for military aircraft, contributing to the evolution of modern defence IT solutions.

• Coordination of IT product development activities including release planning

• Monitoring of schedule, scope, cost and quality targets

• Alignment with internal and external stakeholders and management of customer expectations

• Setup, coordination and guidance of project teams across all project phases

• Ensuring transparent communication within the project and with other project leads

• Preparation and facilitation of project and coordination meetings

• Representation of the project towards program organizations and specialist departments

• Acting as a central point of contact for project-related topics

• Support of decision-making considering technical, organizational and economic aspects

Your profile

• Completed technical degree, e.g. in electrical engineering, computer science, aerospace or a comparable field

• Professional experience in project management, preferably in IT or software environments

• Experience working on or coordinating complex software or IT systems

• Confident handling of common project management and office tools

• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Business-fluent German and very good English skills

• Structured working style, strong communication skills and a confident appearance

• Team-oriented, proactive and solution-focused mindset
