In dieser Position verbinden Sie Qualitätsmanagement und Datenanalyse, erstellen Reports und KPIs und treiben Verbesserungsmaßnahmen direkt an der Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion und Qualität.
Ihre Aufgaben
Analyse, Reporting und Controlling von Qualitäts- und Produktionsdaten
Definition und Nachverfolgung von KPIs sowie Cost of Non-Quality Kennzahlen
Erstellung von Quality Reports für industrielle Werke und Programme
Aufbereitung komplexer Daten (z. B. SPC, Quality Control Cards, Big Data)
Pflege und Optimierung bestehender Quality Tools (z. B. VBA, Access, JavaScript)
Moderation von Practical Problem Solving Aktivitäten und Qualitätsprojekten
Ihr Profil
Studium in Informatik, Engineering oder vergleichbar
Erfahrung in Qualitätsmanagement, Datenanalyse oder Projektmanagement von Vorteil
Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit im industriellen Umfeld
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise auch SAP
Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch fortgeschritten

In this role, you will combine quality management and data analytics, creating KPI reporting and driving continuous improvement initiatives across production and quality interfaces.
Your tasks
Analyze and report quality and production performance data
Define and monitor KPIs and cost of non-quality indicators
Create quality reports for industrial plants and programs
Prepare complex data evaluations (e.g. SPC, control cards, big data)
Maintain and improve existing quality tools (VBA, Access, JavaScript)
Lead practical problem solving and quality improvement projects
Your profile
Degree in computer science, engineering or comparable
Experience in quality management, analytics or project management is a plus
Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Confident with MS Office, ideally also SAP
Fluent German and advanced English
