Sie unterstützen die Entwicklung moderner Simulations- und Bedienoberflächen in einem technisch anspruchsvollen Softwareumfeld. Im Fokus stehen Anforderungsaufnahme, Systemdesign sowie die Umsetzung stabiler und wartbarer Softwarelösungen.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Anforderungen mit Stakeholdern und Kunden aufnehmen, abstimmen und technisch einordnen
• Softwaregrundlagen für Simulations-, Bedien- und Debriefing-Systeme definieren und gestalten
• Benutzerfreundliche Oberflächen und UI-/UX-Konzepte für technische Anwendungen entwickeln
• Software mit C++ sowie Qt/QML entwerfen, implementieren, testen und pflegen
• Softwarefehler analysieren, beheben und technische Risiken frühzeitig adressieren
• In Reviews, Planungen und Abstimmungen zur kontinuierlichen Softwareentwicklung mitwirken

Ihr Profil
• Studium in Informatik, Software Engineering oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Bereich
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung oder in IT-nahen Systemumgebungen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in C++ sowie Qt/QML für die Entwicklung grafischer Oberflächen
• Erfahrung mit Softwaredesign, Codequalität, Wartbarkeit und technischer Integration
• Kommunikationsstarke, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, Simulationserfahrung ist von Vorteil

This role supports the development of modern simulation and user interface systems in a demanding software environment. The focus is on requirements gathering, system design and the implementation of stable and maintainable software solutions.

Your tasks
• Gather, align and understand requirements together with stakeholders and customers
• Define and design the software foundation for simulation, control and debriefing systems
• Develop intuitive user interfaces and UI/UX concepts for technical software applications
• Design, implement, test and maintain software using C++ and Qt/QML
• Analyze software issues, fix bugs and address technical risks at an early stage
• Contribute to reviews, planning and agile meetings within the software development process

Your profile
• Degree in computer science, software engineering or a comparable technical field
• Several years of experience in software development or IT-related system environments
• Deep knowledge of C++ and Qt/QML for the development of graphical user interfaces
• Experience with software design, code quality, maintainability and technical integration
• Strong communication skills and a structured, team-oriented way of working
• Business fluent German and English, simulation background is a plus
