Gesucht wird ein GSE Officer für die Kalibrierung und Reparatur von Ground Support Equipment und Werkzeugen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der termingerechten Leistungserbringung, Kostenkalkulation, operativer Beschaffung und Vertragsüberwachung für zivile und militärische Kunden.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchgängige Steuerung der eigenen Tätigkeiten hinsichtlich Qualität und Kosten
• Termingerechte Erbringung von Kalibrierungsdienstleistungen für interne und externe zivile sowie militärische Kunden im Bereich NH90
• Mitwirkung an komplexen Angeboten und Erstellung von Kostenkalkulationen für Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an Ground Support Equipment und Werkzeugen
• Durchführung operativer Maßnahmen wie Koordination von Transportabläufen und Auslösung von Lieferantenbestellungen
• Überwachung verschiedener Verträge und Berichterstattung an interne und externe Kunden

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Ingenieurwesen oder in einem anderen technischen Fachgebiet
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der operativen und strategischen Beschaffung
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain beziehungsweise Logistik
• Kenntnisse der Detailfunktionen von SAP sowie Kenntnisse der Google-Tools
• Technische Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Luftfahrtbauteile, Wartung und Ground Support Equipment sind von Vorteil
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils mindestens verhandlungssicher
• Analytische und synthetische Fähigkeiten
• Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
• Verständnis für komplexe Organisationsstrukturen
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist

We are looking for a GSE Officer for the calibration and repair of ground support equipment and tools. The focus is on timely service delivery, cost calculation, operational procurement and contract monitoring for civil and military customers.

Your tasks

• Manage activities end to end regarding quality and cost
• Provide calibration services on schedule for internal and external civil and military customers in the NH90 environment
• Contribute to complex offers and prepare cost calculations for maintenance and repair work on ground support equipment and tools
• Perform operational activities such as coordinating transport processes and placing supplier orders
• Monitor different contracts and report to internal and external customers

Your profile

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another technical field
• More than three years of professional experience in customer service
• More than three years of professional experience in supplier management
• More than three years of professional experience in operational and strategic procurement
• More than three years of professional experience in supply chain or logistics
• Knowledge of detailed SAP functions and knowledge of Google tools
• Technical knowledge of aeronautical parts, maintenance and ground support equipment is an advantage
• German and English both at least at negotiation level
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Independent, solution-oriented and organized working style
• Understanding of complex organizational structures
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
