Rollenüberblick
Sie unterstützen das Customer-Logistics-Umfeld im operativen Tagesgeschäft. Der Fokus liegt auf Auftragsabwicklung, Materialverfügbarkeit und der Abstimmung mit internen und externen Schnittstellen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützung im Bereich Order Administration und Auftragsabwicklung

• Mitarbeit bei Angebotserstellung, Auftragsanlage und Liefersteuerung

• Abstimmung mit Lager, Transport und internen Logistikfunktionen

• Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung vertraglicher Anforderungen

• Kommunikation mit internen Fachbereichen im Support- und Serviceumfeld

• Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft

Ihr Profil

• Kaufmännische oder technische Qualifikation

• Erfahrung in Logistik, Disposition, Einkauf oder Auftragsabwicklung

• Strukturierte und belastbare Arbeitsweise

• Teamfähigkeit und klare Kommunikation

• Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Eigenverantwortung

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Role overview
You will support customer logistics and order management activities in an international environment. The role focuses on order processing, material availability and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Your tasks

• Support order administration and daily logistics operations

• Assist with quotation, order creation and delivery coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse, transport and internal logistics teams

• Support the implementation of contractual requirements

• Communicate with internal support and service functions

• Ensure smooth operational workflows

Your profile

• Commercial or technical qualification

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing or order management

• Structured, reliable and resilient working style

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• High sense of responsibility

• Fluent German and English skills
