In dieser Rolle steuern Sie Configuration-Management- und Änderungsprozesse für die A320-Familie. Sie koordinieren funktionsübergreifende Teams, führen Configuration Control Boards durch und verantworten Änderungen hinsichtlich Zeit, Kosten und Qualität.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung und Koordination von Configuration-Management-Aktivitäten einschließlich Änderungen und Produktstrukturaktualisierungen
• Sicherstellung der Konfigurationskontrolle sowie Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Configuration Control Boards
• Steuerung von Change Requests unter Berücksichtigung von Zeit, Kosten, Qualität und Programmzielen
• Koordination der Schnittstellen zu Engineering, Einkauf, Produktion, Endmontage, Qualität und Customer Services
• Bereitstellung aussagekräftiger KPIs und Anwendung der relevanten CM-Konzepte, Prozesse und Verfahren
• Vertretung des Configuration Managements in Digitalisierungs-, Transformations- und langfristigen Entwicklungsprojekten

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Flugzeugbau, Ingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Studiengang
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Configuration Management
• Zwingend erforderlich ist ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis der CMPM-Prozesse
• Gute Kenntnisse in Change Management und Projektmanagement sowie Grundkenntnisse in Risk und Total Quality Management
• Kenntnisse von ICC und Google Workspace; Erfahrung mit DQN-needs-MOD, CA-Reallocation, Datenmanagement oder KI-Tools ist von Vorteil
• Deutsch versiert und Englisch verhandlungssicher sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Analyse- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten

In this role, you manage configuration and product change processes for the A320 Family. You coordinate multifunctional teams, operate Configuration Control Boards and take responsibility for changes in terms of time, cost and quality.

Your tasks

• Conduct and coordinate configuration management activities, including changes and product structure updates
• Ensure configuration control and prepare and operate effective Configuration Control Boards
• Manage change requests in line with time, cost, quality and programme objectives
• Coordinate interfaces with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, final assembly, quality and customer services
• Provide meaningful KPIs and ensure the application of relevant CM concepts, processes and procedures
• Represent configuration management in digitalisation, transformation and long-term development projects

Your profile

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in aircraft engineering, engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical discipline
• More than three years of professional experience in configuration management
• Strong understanding of CMPM processes is mandatory
• Good knowledge of change management and project management as well as basic knowledge of risk and total quality management
• Knowledge of ICC and Google Workspace; experience with DQN-needs-MOD, CA reallocation, data management or AI tools is advantageous
• Advanced German and business-fluent English with strong communication, analytical and coordination skills
