The role supports customer meetings in the Cabin Definition Centre and acts as a central interface between airline customers, internal teams and cabin suppliers. The focus is on customer service, meeting preparation, project coordination and the on-time availability of experts, equipment and temporary cabin mock-ups.

Your tasks

  • Represent Airbus towards airline customers and ensure first-class hospitality and customer service
  • Act as entry point for internal departments and cabin suppliers involved in customer meetings
  • Prepare and drive individual meeting agendas based on objectives and required customer decisions
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure on-time and on-quality cabin mock-up preparation
  • Ensure availability of dedicated experts, equipment and required meeting resources
  • Support structured communication between customers, programme teams and involved stakeholders

Your profile

  • Degree in engineering, business administration, international management or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in customer service, project management or process planning
  • Strong customer orientation and confident communication with stakeholders at different levels
  • Structured, independent and result-oriented working style in a creative environment
  • Persuasiveness, assertiveness and flexibility in unexpected situations
  • Business fluent English and confident use of Google Workspace
