Die Position unterstützt das Manufacturing Engineering im H160-Umfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Prüfung technischer Bauunterlagen, der Erstellung von Manufacturing Dossiers, SAP-Grunddaten sowie der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Fertigungsprozessen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Prüfung und Freigabe mechanischer und elektrischer Bauunterlagen nach Bereichsstandards
• Erstellung von Manufacturing Dossiers sowie SAP-Grunddaten wie Stücklisten und Fertigungsplänen
• Abstimmung mit Engineering zur termingerechten und qualitätsgerechten Versorgung der Produktion
• Definition und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsprojekten im Manufacturing Engineering
• Durchführung von Root-Cause-Analysen und Unterstützung nachhaltiger Prozessverbesserungen
• Betreuung von Fertigungsbereichen, Qualitätsmeldungen, Designänderungen und Linienkonzepten

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Luft- und Raumfahrt, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Fertigung, Produktion, Industriemechanik oder Manufacturing Engineering
• Erfahrung in der Übersetzung von Zeichnungsunterlagen in hochwertige Manufacturing Dossiers
• Kenntnisse in Shopfloor-Betreuung, Fertigungsprozessen, Line Balancing und Lean Production
• MTM- und REFA-Kenntnisse abgeschlossen oder vorhanden
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

The role supports manufacturing engineering activities in the H160 environment. The focus is on reviewing technical build documentation, preparing manufacturing dossiers, maintaining SAP master data and continuously improving production processes.

Your tasks

• Review and release mechanical and electrical build documentation according to area standards
• Prepare manufacturing dossiers and SAP master data such as bills of material and routing plans
• Coordinate with engineering to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of production documentation
• Define and implement improvement projects within manufacturing engineering
• Conduct root cause analyses and support sustainable production process improvements
• Support shopfloor areas, quality notifications, design changes and line balancing concepts

Your profile

• Degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in manufacturing, production, industrial mechanics or manufacturing engineering
• Experience translating drawing documentation into high-quality manufacturing dossiers
• Knowledge of shopfloor support, manufacturing processes, line balancing and lean production
• Completed or available MTM and REFA knowledge
• Business fluent German and English skills
