Sie übernehmen projektbezogene Qualitätsaufgaben für die Geschäftsbereiche Optronics und Radar sowie zugeordnete Entwicklungs-, Vertriebs- und Logistikabteilungen. Ab der Planungsphase arbeiten Sie eng mit angrenzenden Abteilungen sowie Projekt- und Produktverantwortlichen zusammen, um wirksame, risikoarme Prozesse und die effiziente Erfüllung der Qualitätsaufgaben sicherzustellen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Anwendung der Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung der vertraglichen Anforderungen im Projekt
• Erledigung der projektrelevanten QM-Aufgaben, damit die Projektziele im vorgesehenen Leistungs-, Zeit- und Kostenrahmen risikoarm erreicht werden können
• Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Durchführung aller qualitätsbezogenen Aufgaben über den gesamten Product-Life-Cycle
• Erstellung projektbezogener QM-Dokumente, beispielsweise QM-Plan, Process Assurance Plan und Prüfablaufplan, sowie Durchführung von Reviews von Projekt- und Nachweisdokumenten
• Mitarbeit bei Produktvalidierung und -verifizierung sowie bei der Zertifizierung von Systemen, Subsystemen und Equipment
• Durchführung softwarebezogener Qualitätsaktivitäten, beispielsweise Bewertung und Abnahme von Meilensteinen, auch unter Berücksichtigung von Zulassungsstandards für Luftfahrtprodukte

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder des Ingenieurwesens mindestens auf Bachelor-Niveau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mindestens auf Bachelor-Niveau oder abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Informationstechnik
• Erfahrung im Qualitäts- und/oder Projektmanagement sowie in der Elektronik-, Hardware- oder Systementwicklung
• Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise in Verbindung mit Qualitäts- und Prozesssicherung, sowie Erfahrung in der Zertifizierung militärischer und ziviler Luftfahrtgeräte
• Kenntnisse der Entwicklungsprozesse V-Modell, RTCA/DO-254, RTCA/DO-178 und RTCA/DO-278
• Kenntnisse im Requirement-Management, in Problem-Solving-Methoden sowie in QM-Anforderungen und Entwicklungssicherung der zivilen Luftfahrt
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Qualitätsmanagementsysteme, einschließlich DIN EN 9100 und AQAP, sowie Qualitätsmethoden und Tools wie PDCA, QFD, FMEA, RCA, ISHIKAWA, KANBAN, PPS und 8D
• Erfahrung in der Anwendung der ECSS Product Assurance Standards ist von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse der Detailfunktionen von MS Office sowie vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in SAP
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Genauigkeit, Sorgfalt, Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Teamfähigkeit

You perform project-related quality activities for the Optronics and Radar business areas and their associated development, sales and logistics departments. From the planning phase onwards, you work closely with adjacent departments and project and product managers to ensure effective, low-risk processes and the efficient completion of quality activities.

Your tasks

• Apply processes within the project while taking contractual requirements into account
• Complete project-related quality management activities so that project objectives can be achieved with low risk within the specified performance, time and cost framework
• Support the planning and execution of all quality-related activities throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Prepare project-specific quality management documents, for example quality management plans, Process Assurance Plans and inspection sequence plans, and conduct reviews of project and verification documents
• Support product validation and verification as well as the certification of systems, subsystems and equipment
• Perform software-related quality activities, for example milestone assessment and acceptance, including consideration of approval standards for aviation products

Your profile

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering at Bachelor’s level or higher, or a comparable qualification at Bachelor’s level or higher, or a completed technical degree in Information Technology
• Experience in quality and/or project management as well as in electronics, hardware or systems development
• Experience in software development, ideally combined with quality and process assurance, and experience in the certification of military and civil aviation equipment
• Knowledge of the development processes V-model, RTCA/DO-254, RTCA/DO-178 and RTCA/DO-278
• Knowledge of requirements management, problem-solving methods, quality management requirements and development assurance in civil aviation
• Knowledge of quality management systems, including DIN EN 9100 and AQAP, as well as quality methods and tools such as PDCA, QFD, FMEA, RCA, ISHIKAWA, KANBAN, PPS and 8D
• Experience in applying ECSS Product Assurance Standards is advantageous
• Knowledge of detailed MS Office functions and advanced practical knowledge of SAP
