Gesucht wird ein Logistics Operations Specialist als operative Schnittstelle zwischen Logistik, Produktion und den beteiligten Logistikabteilungen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Absicherung der Produktionsrate, der Optimierung von Materialflüssen und der Umsetzung kurzfristiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Optimierung temporärer Workarounds zur Absicherung der Produktionsrate und Gewährleistung der Auditierbarkeit der Prozesse
• Mitarbeit an kurzfristigen Verbesserungsinitiativen, z. B. im Flächenmanagement und bei der Entwicklung von Kapazitätsobergrenzenpuffern
• Verständnis und Analyse bestehender Kennzahlen zur frühzeitigen Korrektur von Abweichungen in den Materialflüssen
• Leitung multifunktionaler Teams im Rahmen der Verbesserungsinitiativen
• Stakeholdermanagement, z. B. gegenüber Lieferanten sowie internen und externen Kunden
• Überwachung der Einhaltung von Logistikprozess- und Qualitätsstandards auf dem Shopfloor

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in einem technischen Fachgebiet, Supply Chain beziehungsweise Logistik oder Betriebswirtschaft
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain beziehungsweise Logistik
• Vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in SAP R/3
• Kenntnisse in Google Workspace sind von Vorteil
• Gute Kenntnisse im kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess, Projektmanagement und Prozessmanagement
• Vorkenntnisse der Fertigungsprozesse der Final Assembly Line und der Logistikprozesse sind wünschenswert
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils mindestens verhandlungssicher; Französisch ist von Vorteil
• Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft zur Flexibilität
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zielstrebigkeit und Motivation zur aktiven Mitgestaltung
• Freude an praxisnahen und prozessbezogenen Aufgaben

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist to serve as the operational interface between logistics, production and the involved logistics departments. The focus is on safeguarding the production rate, optimizing material flows and implementing short-term improvement measures.

Your tasks

• Develop and optimize temporary workarounds to safeguard the production rate and ensure process auditability
• Contribute to short-term improvement initiatives, e.g. space management and the development of upper-capacity buffers
• Understand and analyze existing key performance indicators to proactively correct deviations within material flows
• Lead multifunctional teams regarding improvement initiatives
• Perform stakeholder management, e.g. involving suppliers and internal and external customers
• Monitor compliance with logistics-process and quality standards on the shop floor

Your profile

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, supply chain or logistics, or business administration
• More than two years of professional experience in supplier management
• More than two years of professional experience in supply chain or logistics
• Advanced practical knowledge of SAP R/3
• Knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
• Good knowledge of continuous improvement, project management and process management
• Previous knowledge of Final Assembly Line manufacturing processes and logistics processes is desirable
• German and English both at least at negotiation level; French is an advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Independent working style and willingness to remain flexible
• Strong sense of responsibility, determination and motivation to actively contribute
• Enjoyment of practical and process-related tasks
