Als Elektroniker nehmen Sie neue Elektronikprototypen für komplexe optoelektronische Systeme in Betrieb. Sie bauen Prototypen-PCBAs auf und um, unterstützen die Fehlersuche und verantworten Messmittel und Labor.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Inbetriebnahme neuer Elektronikprototypen.
• Aufbau, Umbau und Anpassung von Prototypen-PCBAs.
• Prüfung und Bewertung von Leiterkartenänderungen und -umbauten für die Überleitung in die Serienfertigung.
• Herstellung von Sonderbetriebsmitteln, z. B. Kabeln, für Inbetriebnahmen und Messzwecke bei der Fehlersuche.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Elektronikentwicklung, Elektrokonstruktion und Fertigung zur Sicherstellung von Produktqualität und Funktionalität, insbesondere bei der Fehlersuche in der Fertigung.
• Abstimmung der Herstellbarkeit von Leiterkarten mit Lieferanten und externen Partnern.
• Unterstützung von Design-Reviews, insbesondere bei Prüfspezifikationen.
• Übernahme der Messmittel- und Laborverantwortung.

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektroniker/in für Geräte und Systeme oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mindestens auf dem Niveau einer Berufsausbildung.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Aufbau von PCBAs, idealerweise in den Bereichen Mixed-Signal-Technik, analoge und digitale Videoverarbeitung, Hochstromanwendungen oder Hochfrequenztechnik.
• Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Löt- und Crimpverbindungen nach IPC-Standards.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln und Prüfgeräten.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Schalt- und Verdrahtungsplänen, Zeichnungen, Stücklisten sowie technischen Spezifikationen von PCBs und PCBAs.
• SAP-Kenntnisse im Dokumenten-, Material- und Stücklistenmanagement sind von Vorteil.
• Kenntnisse einschlägiger Entwicklungstools, z. B. Pulsonix, sind von Vorteil.
• Kenntnisse der EMV-Anforderungen, insbesondere aus dem MIL- oder Maritim-Bereich, sind von Vorteil.
• Mindestens verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und mindestens versierte Englischkenntnisse.
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent.

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer HENSOLDT, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

As an Electronics Technician, you will commission new electronic prototypes for complex optoelectronic systems. You will assemble and modify prototype PCBAs, support troubleshooting activities and take responsibility for measuring equipment and the laboratory.

Your tasks

• Commission new electronic prototypes.
• Assemble, modify and adapt prototype PCBAs.
• Review and assess circuit board changes and modifications for transfer to series production.
• Produce special operating equipment, e.g. cables, for commissioning and measurement purposes during troubleshooting.
• Work closely with electronics development, electrical design and manufacturing to ensure product quality and functionality, particularly when troubleshooting within manufacturing.
• Coordinate the manufacturability of circuit boards with suppliers and external partners.
• Support design reviews, particularly concerning test specifications.
• Take responsibility for measuring equipment and the laboratory.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician for devices and systems or a comparable qualification at least at vocational training level.
• Several years of professional experience in assembling PCBAs, ideally in mixed-signal technology, analog and digital video processing, high-current applications or radio-frequency technology.
• Experience in using soldered and crimped connections in accordance with IPC standards.
• Confident use of measuring equipment and test devices.
• Confident use of circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, drawings, bills of materials and technical specifications for PCBs and PCBAs.
• SAP knowledge covering document, material and bill-of-materials management is an advantage.
• Knowledge of relevant development tools, e.g. Pulsonix, is an advantage.
• Knowledge of EMC requirements, particularly from the military or maritime sector, is an advantage.
• German language skills at a minimum of business-fluent level and English language skills at a minimum of proficient level.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style.
• Teamwork and strong communication skills as well as a high degree of responsibility, resilience and organizational talent.
