Sie unterstützen die qualitäts- und termingerechte Betreuung von Kundenaufträgen im industriellen Umfeld. Die Rolle verbindet Auftragskoordination, Kundenkommunikation und die enge Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Sicherstellung der termingerechten und qualitätskonformen Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen
• Proaktive Kommunikation mit Kunden zum Status von Bestellungen und Lieferungen
• Überwachung, Analyse und Weitergabe kundenrelevanter Kennzahlen
• Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen zur Sicherstellung der Kundenanforderungen
• Unterstützung beim Aufbau und bei der Weiterentwicklung von Transparenzinstrumenten
• Mitwirkung an einer strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Auftragsabwicklung

Ihr Profil
• Kaufmännische, technische oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Bezug zu Auftragsabwicklung
• Erste Erfahrung oder starkes Interesse an Customer Service, Logistik oder Supply Chain
• Gute Kenntnisse in Excel sowie erste Erfahrung mit SAP und digitalen Arbeitswerkzeugen
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten im Teamumfeld
• Zuverlässige, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

Your profile
• Commercial, technical or comparable qualification related to order handling
• Initial experience or strong interest in customer service, logistics or supply chain
• Good knowledge of Excel and first experience with SAP and digital working tools
• Strong communication skills and a confident team-oriented attitude
• Reliable, proactive and solution-oriented way of working
• Business fluent German and English skills
