In dieser zentralen Schnittstellenfunktion sichern Sie die Qualität technischer Systeme und deren regulatorische Konformität. Sie unterstützen das Entwicklungsteam von den ersten Designphasen über die Prototypenbildung bis zur Fertigung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Prüfung und Verifikation von Schaltplänen, Layouts, Traces, technischen Zeichnungen, Anforderungskatalogen, Systembeschreibungen und Prozessdokumentationen auf Korrektheit und Vollständigkeit
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Qualitätsstandards sowie spezifischer Entwicklungs- und Dokumentationsprozesse
• Überwachung definierter Workflows und korrigierender Eingriff bei Abweichungen zur Wahrung der Prozessintegrität
• Unterstützung bei der Vervollständigung von Cameo-Modellen mit MBSE und SysML, Übertragung von Informationen in vorgegebene Vorlagen sowie Pflege der Produktdokumentation in Confluence
• Erstellung verständlicher Handbücher und Dokumentationen in deutscher und englischer Sprache, Ablage von Entwicklungsdaten und Durchführung der Konfigurationskontrolle
• Zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Projektteams und regulatorischem Bereich für Product Regulatory Compliance
• Sammlung relevanter Hinweise aus Entwicklungsprojekten und Durchführung fundierter Risikoanalysen zur frühzeitigen Identifikation regulatorischer Hürden
• Unterstützung des gesamten Zertifizierungsprozesses einschließlich der Erlangung von Zertifikaten und CE-Kennzeichnungen
• Führung der Produktsicherheitsakte und ganzheitliche Begleitung des Produkts von der Entwicklung über die Prototypenbildung bis zur Fertigung
• Effiziente Nutzung moderner AI-Tools zur Erstellung, Übersetzung, Optimierung und Verfeinerung von Texten und technischen Inhalten

Ihr Profil

• Master- oder Diplomabschluss in Elektrotechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Studium der Technischen Redaktion beziehungsweise eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation mit passender Weiterbildung und entsprechender Erfahrung
• Erfahrung im Bereich Product Regulatory Compliance, mit Produktsicherheitsakten und bei der Erstellung von Handbüchern und technischen Dokumentationen
• Fundiertes Verständnis elektrotechnischer Schaltungen und Schaltplan-Reviews sowie sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und komplexen Systembeschreibungen einschließlich der Kontrolle elektrischer Schaltpläne
• Verständnis regulatorischer Anforderungen, z. B. CE-Richtlinien oder ISO-Normen, sowie Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Risikoanalysen sind zwingend erforderlich
• Erfahrung in Qualitätssicherung, Qualitätsmanagement oder Regulatory Compliance, bevorzugt aus der Luftfahrt- oder Automotive-Industrie, ist wünschenswert
• Detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse in MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit Confluence
• Vertrauter Umgang mit Cameo Systems Modeler und SysML oder die Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung ist erforderlich; die sichere Anwendung moderner AI-Tools zur Text- und Dokumentationsoptimierung wird vorausgesetzt
• Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse jeweils mindestens auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau
• Extrem detailorientierte, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denkvermögen, schnelle Auffassungsgabe für komplexe Zusammenhänge und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für die Einhaltung von Standards

In this central interface role, you will ensure the quality of technical systems and their regulatory compliance. You will actively support the development team from the initial design phases through prototyping to manufacturing.

Your tasks

• Review and verify circuit diagrams, layouts, traces, technical drawings, requirements catalogues, system descriptions and process documentation for correctness and completeness
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and specific development and documentation processes
• Monitor defined workflows and take corrective action in the event of deviations to preserve process integrity
• Support the completion of Cameo models using MBSE and SysML, transfer information into predefined templates and maintain product documentation in Confluence
• Write clear manuals and documentation in German and English, store development data and perform configuration control
• Act as the central interface between project teams and the regulatory department for Product Regulatory Compliance
• Collect relevant information from development projects and perform sound risk analyses to identify regulatory obstacles at an early stage
• Support the complete certification process, including obtaining certificates and CE marking
• Maintain the product safety file and support the product throughout its lifecycle from development through prototyping to manufacturing
• Use modern AI tools efficiently to create, translate, optimize and refine texts and technical content

Your profile

• Master’s or Diplom degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering, or a degree in technical writing or a comparable technical qualification with appropriate further training and corresponding experience
• Experience in Product Regulatory Compliance, product safety files and the preparation of manuals and technical documentation
• Sound understanding of electrical circuits and circuit-diagram reviews and confident handling of technical drawings and complex system descriptions, including the review of electrical circuit diagrams
• Understanding of regulatory requirements, e.g. CE directives or ISO standards, and experience in conducting risk analyses are mandatory
• Experience in quality assurance, quality management or regulatory compliance, preferably in the aviation or automotive industry, is desirable
• Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office and experience with Confluence
• Familiarity with Cameo Systems Modeler and SysML or a willingness to become familiar with them is required; confident use of modern AI tools for text and documentation optimization is also required
• German and English skills, each at least at negotiation level
• An extremely detail-oriented, structured and conscientious working style, analytical thinking, a strong ability to understand complex relationships and a pronounced sense of responsibility for compliance with standards
• Strong communication skills when dealing with different stakeholders from development, production and project management as well as a proactive working style
