Gesucht wird ein Projektleiter für komplexe TRML-4D-Kundenprojekte. Die Rolle umfasst die eigenverantwortliche Projektsteuerung mit Verantwortung für Qualität, Kosten und Termine sowie die Führung der beteiligten Teams und Partner.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von TRML-4D-Kundenprojekten mit Verantwortung für Qualität, Kosten und Termine
• Management des Kunden und weiterer Stakeholder, z. B. öffentlicher Auftraggeber und amtlicher Güteprüfung, einschließlich Berichterstattung und Sammlung des Kundenfeedbacks zur Weiterleitung und kontinuierlichen Produktverbesserung
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Projekt- und Kundenreviews
• Erstellung, Abstimmung und Überwachung von Projektplänen für Ressourcen, Zeit und Kosten sowie Einleitung von Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen
• Durchführung des Claim- und Waivermanagements in enger Abstimmung mit dem Kunden
• Steuerung der beteiligten internen Bereiche wie Produktion, Einkauf, Engineering und Customer Service sowie externer Dienstleister und Unterauftragnehmer im Rahmen der Projektrealisierung
• Vertragsmanagement mit dem Kunden, unterstützt durch interne Funktionen
• Erbringung der bestellten Serviceleistungen, z. B. Training und Dokumentation, in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Customer Service
• Erstellung regelmäßiger interner Statusberichte und Reports für das Management
• Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der im Projekt eingebundenen Teammitglieder
• Übernahme querschnittlicher Aufgaben im Programmbereich zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Schnittstellen mit anderen Bereichen

Ihr Profil

• Mindestens Bachelorabschluss in Elektrotechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen beziehungsweise eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mindestens auf Bachelor-Niveau
• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Projektmanagement komplexer Systeme
• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Industriepartnern, Behörden und militärischen Endkunden
• Kenntnisse im Angebots- und Vertragsmanagement sowie im Umgang mit Unterauftragnehmern
• Kenntnisse der Detailfunktionen von MS Office
• Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement, z. B. PMI, ist von Vorteil
• Praktische Erfahrung mit dem Einsatz von Radar oder Feuereinheiten in der Luftverteidigung ist von Vorteil
• Deutsch und Englisch mindestens verhandlungssicher
• Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten, hohe Eigenverantwortung, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Koordinations- und Integrationsfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent sowie erforderliche Reisebereitschaft

We are looking for a Project Manager for complex TRML-4D customer projects. The role covers independent project management with responsibility for quality, costs and schedules as well as the leadership of the involved teams and partners.

Your tasks

• Independently manage TRML-4D customer projects with responsibility for quality, costs and schedules
• Manage the customer and other stakeholders, e.g. public-sector customers and official quality assurance representatives, including reporting and collecting customer feedback for communication and continuous product improvement
• Prepare and conduct project and customer reviews
• Prepare, coordinate and monitor project plans for resources, time and costs and initiate measures in the event of deviations
• Perform claim and waiver management in close coordination with the customer
• Manage the involved internal departments such as production, procurement, engineering and Customer Service as well as external service providers and subcontractors during project implementation
• Manage contracts with the customer, supported by internal functions
• Deliver the ordered services, e.g. training and documentation, in collaboration with Customer Service
• Prepare regular internal status reports and reports for management
• Lead, motivate and develop the team members involved in the project
• Assume cross-functional tasks within the programme area to optimize processes and interfaces with other departments

Your profile

• At least a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification at least at bachelor’s level
• Several years of leadership experience in the project management of complex systems
• Experience collaborating with industrial partners, authorities and military end customers
• Knowledge of bid and contract management and experience working with subcontractors
• Knowledge of detailed MS Office functions
• Project management certification, e.g. PMI, is advantageous
• Practical experience with the deployment of radar or firing units in air defence is advantageous
• At least negotiation-level proficiency in German and English
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, confident manner, a high degree of personal responsibility, an independent working style, coordination and integration skills, and assertiveness
• A strong sense of responsibility, resilience and organizational talent as well as required willingness to travel
