Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Position arbeiten Sie im Umfeld moderner IT-Netzwerk- und Backbone-Infrastrukturen und unterstützen Analyse, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung komplexer Netzwerksysteme.

• Analyse, Nachstellung und Dokumentation gemeldeter Fehler im Rahmen von Bugtickets für IT-Netzwerktechnik

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, System Engineering und Qualitätssicherung zur technischen Fehlerbewertung

• Erstellung und Durchführung von Testfällen auf Basis definierter Systemanforderungen

• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Netzwerk- und IT-Backbone-Infrastrukturen

• Unterstützung bei Fehlerbehebung, Umsetzung technischer Maßnahmen und Dokumentation

• Mitarbeit bei Administration, Planung und Weiterentwicklung komplexer Netzwerkinfrastrukturen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar

• Nachgewiesene praktische Erfahrung in Netzwerkadministration und -konfiguration

• Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise bei der Fehleranalyse

• Verständnis für komplexe Netzwerkinfrastrukturen und technische Zusammenhänge

• Erfahrung mit Bugtracking- und Collaboration-Tools (z. B. Jira, Confluence) von Vorteil

• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit in interdisziplinären Teams

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

This role places you close to demanding IT network and backbone infrastructures supporting reliable operations.

Your tasks

• Analysis, reproduction and documentation of reported issues related to IT network technology

• Close collaboration with development, system engineering and quality assurance teams

• Creation and execution of test cases based on defined system requirements

• Maintenance and further development of IT network and backbone infrastructures

• Support of troubleshooting activities and technical documentation

• Contribution to administration, planning and evolution of complex network environments

Your profile

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable field

• Proven hands-on experience in network administration and configuration

• Structured and analytical approach to problem analysis

• Understanding of complex network infrastructures and technologies

• Experience with bug tracking and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) is an advantage

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams

• Business-fluent German and English skills
