Für eine Aufgabe im Bereich mechanische Entwicklung suchen wir Sie als Mechanical System Installation Design Engineer (m/w/d) – Outboard Equipment / CATIA V5.
In dieser Position entwickeln Sie mechanische Einbauten und Baugruppen für zivile und militärische Hubschraubersysteme wie H145 und NH90.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Entwicklung und Auslegung mechanischer Einbauten für Outboard Equipment (zivil und militärisch)

• Erstellung von Konzeptstudien und 3D-Konstruktionen in CATIA V5

• Erstellung und Modifikation technischer Bauunterlagen

• Verwaltung und Pflege von Konstruktionsdaten in Systemen wie SAP, Windchill oder VPM

• Erstellung von Dokumentationen für die Zulassung, z. B. Systembeschreibungen, FMECA, Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und Testprogramme

Ihr Profil:

• Ausbildung/Studium: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, allgemeines Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung (mind. Bachelor)

• Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der mechanischen Entwicklung, im Design Engineering oder in der Qualitätssicherung

• IT-/Fachkenntnisse:

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in CATIA V5 und ENOVIA VPM

  • Erfahrung mit Entwicklungsprozessen und Tools der Luftfahrtindustrie (z. B. SAP, Windchill)

• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

• Weitere Qualifikationen:

Mechanical System Installation Design Engineer (f/m/d) – Outboard Equipment / CATIA V5

For an assignment in the field of mechanical design and development, we are looking for you as Mechanical System Installation Design Engineer (f/m/d) – Outboard Equipment / CATIA V5.
In this position, you will develop and integrate mechanical components and installations for civil and military helicopter systems such as H145 and NH90.

Your tasks:

• Design and develop mechanical installations for outboard equipment (civil and military)

• Conduct concept studies and create 3D designs using CATIA V5

• Prepare and modify technical design documentation

• Manage and maintain design data in systems such as SAP, Windchill and VPM

• Prepare documentation for certification, including system descriptions, FMECA, maintenance procedures and test programs

Your profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, General Engineering or equivalent qualification

• Professional experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design, development or quality assurance

• IT skills:

  • Strong proficiency in CATIA V5 and ENOVIA VPM

  • Experience with aerospace development processes and tools (e.g. SAP, Windchill)

• Languages: German and English fluent in written and spoken form

• Additional skills:
