Sie verantworten die Arbeitsplanung und Prozessoptimierung im MRO-Umfeld der militärischen Luftfahrt. Ziel ist ein stabiler, effizienter und technisch sauberer Fertigungsablauf.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsplänen und Fertigungsanleitungen

• Planung von Maßnahmen zur Behebung von Störungen im MRO-Prozess

• Entwicklung technischer Lösungen bei Abweichungen

• Abstimmung mit Engineering und angrenzenden Fachbereichen

• Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Fertigungsprozesse

• Zusammenarbeit mit Fertigungs- und Supportbereichen

Ihr Profil

• Studium im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrt, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Manufacturing Engineering oder MRO

• Analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in Fehleranalyse

• Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie idealerweise SAP

• Strukturierte, eigenständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

You will be responsible for work planning and process optimization within a military MRO environment. The objective is to ensure stable and efficient manufacturing processes.

Your tasks

• Creation and maintenance of work plans and manufacturing instructions

• Planning of corrective actions within the MRO process

• Development of technical solutions in case of deviations

• Coordination with engineering and related departments

• Analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes

• Collaboration with production and support teams

Your profile

• Degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or similar

• Several years of experience in manufacturing engineering or MRO

• Strong analytical skills and experience in root cause analysis

• Knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP

• Structured and team-oriented working style

• Fluent German and good English skills
