In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die technische Betriebsverantwortung für Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen im Campus-Umfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf stabilem IT-Betrieb, Providersteuerung, Service Operations und technischer Unterstützung bei Störungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Technische Betriebsverantwortung für Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen mit Fokus auf Campus Connectivity
• Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT-Betriebs nach ITIL-basierten Service-Operations-Prozessen
• Steuerung externer IT-Service-Provider anhand definierter KPIs und SLAs
• Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Abteilungen bei Projekten und Einführung neuer Netzwerk-Lösungen
• Technische Unterstützung bei Störungen, Root-Cause-Analysen und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
• Verwaltung administrativer Zugänge und Berechtigungen im Verantwortungsbereich

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung im Betrieb von IT-Infrastruktur-Lösungen im Netzwerkumfeld
• Vertiefte Kenntnisse in LAN, WAN, WiFi oder DDI
• Sehr gute Erfahrung mit Cisco Switches, Routern, Wireless LAN Controllern und Access Points
• Kenntnisse in ITIL-Prozessen, insbesondere Service Operations
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher; Cisco-Zertifizierungen von Vorteil

In this role, you take technical operational responsibility for network infrastructure in a campus connectivity environment. The focus is on stable IT operations, provider management, service operations and technical support during incidents.

Your tasks

• Take technical operational responsibility for network infrastructure with focus on campus connectivity
• Ensure stable IT operations based on ITIL service operations processes
• Manage external IT service providers according to defined KPIs and SLAs
• Work with IT departments on projects and the introduction of new network solutions
• Provide technical support for incidents, root-cause analyses and improvement measures
• Manage administrative access rights and permissions within the area of responsibility

Your profile

• Completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Experience in operating IT infrastructure solutions in a network environment
• In-depth knowledge of LAN, WAN, WiFi or DDI
• Strong experience with Cisco switches, routers, wireless LAN controllers and access points
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, especially service operations
• Business-fluent German and English; Cisco certifications are an advantage
