CAD Konstrukteur / CATIA Library Administrator (d/m/w) – Aerospace Test Systems – AIRBUS

In dieser Position unterstützen Sie Engineering-Teams im Umfeld von Avionik- und Flight-Control-Testanlagen und übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle in der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung mechanischer CAD-Bibliotheken.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Pflege und Verwaltung der Bauteilbibliothek in CATIA V5 (Mechanik)

• Erstellung und Betreuung einfacher 3D-Teile und Baugruppen in CATIA V5

• Bereitstellung von Bibliotheksbauteilen für Engineering- und Design-Teams

• Unterstützung bei Migration und Einführung von ENOVIA VPM

• Erstellung mechanischer Fertigungsunterlagen, Zeichnungen und Stücklisten

• Plausibilitätsprüfungen sowie Unterstützung der Konfigurationskontrolle

Ihr Profil

• Technische Qualifikation oder Studium im Bereich Mechanik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar

• Erfahrung im CAD-Design und in der Arbeit mit technischen Standards

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in CATIA V5, ENOVIA ist ein Plus

• Strukturierte, selbstständige und systematische Arbeitsweise

• Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit verschiedenen Engineering-Schnittstellen

• Deutsch sicher, Englisch verhandlungssicher

In this role, you will support engineering teams working on avionics and flight control test facilities by maintaining and developing mechanical CAD component libraries.

Your tasks

• Maintain and manage the mechanical component library in CATIA V5

• Create and update simple 3D parts and assemblies in CATIA V5

• Provide library components for engineering and design teams

• Support the migration and introduction of ENOVIA VPM

• Prepare manufacturing documentation, drawings and bills of material

• Perform plausibility checks and support configuration control

Your profile

• Technical degree or qualification in mechanics, mechatronics or comparable

• Experience in CAD design and working with technical standards

• Strong CATIA V5 skills, ENOVIA knowledge is a plus

• Structured, independent and systematic working style

• Strong communication skills across engineering interfaces

• Fluent German and confident English
