Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Position gestalten und begleiten Sie Nachhaltigkeitsthemen im Unternehmensumfeld und tragen zur Weiterentwicklung von ESG-Strategien (Environment, Social, Governance) im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen bei.

• Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von ESG-Strategien

• Analyse des organisatorischen Umfelds sowie der Erwartungen relevanter Stakeholder

• Identifikation von Nachhaltigkeitsrisiken und -chancen

• Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen

• Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Umwelt-, Sozial- und Governance-Standards

• Förderung einer Kultur der ökologischen und sozialen Verantwortung

• Erstellung von Inhalten und Argumentationen zu strategischen Nachhaltigkeitsthemen für externe Stakeholder

• Erhebung, Analyse und Aufbereitung von Nachhaltigkeitskennzahlen und Berichten

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit, Umwelttechnik, Umweltingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

• Erste praktische Erfahrung im Nachhaltigkeitsumfeld, z. B. durch Praktika oder Projekte

• Interesse an ESG-Themen, Umwelt- und Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien

• Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office- und Kollaborationstools

• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

• Kommunikationsstärke und Affinität zu nachhaltigen Themen

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

Your tasks

In this role, you will contribute to sustainability initiatives and support the development and implementation of ESG strategies aligned with corporate objectives and values.

• Contribution to the development and implementation of ESG strategies

• Analysis of organizational context and stakeholder expectations

• Identification of sustainability-related risks and opportunities

• Support of departments in understanding and implementing sustainability requirements

• Contribution to compliance with environmental, social and governance standards

• Promotion of a culture of environmental and social responsibility

• Preparation of content related to strategic sustainability topics for external stakeholders

• Collection, analysis and reporting of sustainability performance data

Your profile

• Completed degree in sustainability, environmental engineering, environmental science or a comparable field

• Initial practical experience in sustainability-related topics, e.g. through internships or projects

• Strong interest in ESG topics and sustainability strategies

• Very good written and verbal communication skills

• Business-fluent German and English skills

• Confident handling of common office and collaboration tools

• Structured, independent working style and strong team orientation

• Communicative mindset with a passion for sustainability topics
