We are looking for a Customer Order Manager for Repair, Lease and Exchange services. The focus is on managing customer orders, coordinating repair stations and suppliers and ensuring end-to-end supply chain performance regarding time, cost and quality.

Your tasks
- Act as the central point of contact for Airbus Proprietary Parts Repair, Lease and Exchange services and for questions from Satair’s worldwide customers and the respective repair stations
- Manage customers’ Repair, Lease and Exchange orders and conversions while monitoring compliance by suppliers and repair stations with contractually agreed obligations based on key performance indicators
- Serve as the direct contact for customers, including airlines and maintenance, repair and overhaul organizations, regarding process status, commercial matters and Aircraft-on-Ground inquiries and orders
- Analyze customer-specific problems and complaints and coordinate delivery solutions with internal AIRBUS and Satair departments and external interfaces, considering all supply chain activities as an end-to-end process
- Maintain daily communication with repair stations to ensure that open-order performance targets are met regarding time, cost and quality
- Provide customers with comprehensive and timely information about the status of component repairs and alternative service solutions
- Simultaneously monitor the upstream supply chain involving suppliers and repair stations and the downstream supply chain involving customers
- Support purchasing and sales processing and material process management for AIRBUS proprietary parts
- Prepare performance reports covering new, closed and open claims, Shop Processing Time, Turn-Around Time and the action tracker
- Lead and support improvement projects and the development of future ways of working
- Forecast and support the timely transfer of piece parts to individual repair stations, contributing to the fulfilment of delivery deadlines for external customers of the Satair Repair Organization
Your profile
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, industrial engineering, business administration or economics
- More than three years of professional experience in materials planning or material procurement
- More than two years of professional experience in customer service
- More than two years of professional experience in supplier management
- More than one year of professional experience in project management
- More than two years of professional experience in process improvement
- Knowledge of detailed functions in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Advanced practical knowledge of SAP and knowledge of Google Workspace
- English at least at negotiation level; French, German or Spanish is an advantage
- Good intercultural understanding and strong customer orientation and responsiveness
- Good communication skills to ensure an effective flow of information
- High level of responsibility, resilience and organizational skills
