In dieser Rolle entwickeln Sie mechanische Installationslösungen für technische Systeme im Flugzeugumfeld. Sie erstellen Konstruktionen, prüfen Einbausituationen und stimmen Lösungen mit Fachbereichen ab.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Entwicklung mechanischer Konstruktionen für Systeminstallationen
• Erstellung von 3D-Modellen und 2D-Zeichnungen mit CATIA V5
• Durchführung von Toleranzanalysen und Kollisionsprüfungen
• Erstellung von Fertigungs- und Installationsunterlagen
• Abstimmung mit Systemtechnik, Analyse, Fertigung und Montage
• Unterstützung bei Verifikation, Validierung und Designverbesserungen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung in der mechanischen Konstruktion
• Kenntnisse in der Konstruktion von Flugzeug- oder Systeminstallationen
• Sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Zeichnungen und Bauzuständen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in CATIA V5 und Datenmanagement-Tools
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

In this role, you develop mechanical installation solutions for technical systems in an aircraft environment. You create designs, check installation situations and coordinate solutions with specialist departments.

Your tasks

• Develop mechanical designs for system installations
• Create 3D models and 2D drawings with CATIA V5
• Perform tolerance analyses and clash checks
• Prepare manufacturing and installation documents
• Coordinate with systems engineering, analysis, production and assembly
• Support verification, validation and design improvements

Your profile

• Completed technical degree or comparable qualification
• Experience in mechanical design
• Knowledge of aircraft or system installation design
• Confident handling of complex drawings and configuration states
• Very good knowledge of CATIA V5 and data management tools
• Business-fluent German and English skills
