Sie programmieren und optimieren CNC-Biegeprozesse in der Produktion und sichern die Maßhaltigkeit komplexer Rohrbauteile im industriellen Umfeld.
Ihre Aufgaben
• CNC-Programme für Rohrbearbeitung und Umformtechnik erstellen und anpassen
• Biegedaten aus Konstruktionsdaten übernehmen und Biegerichtungen festlegen
• Spannmittel und Biegevorrichtungen aufbauen, einstellen und optimieren
• Werkzeuge zuordnen, Programme einfahren und Bauteile fertigen
• Bauteile nach Prüfplan messen, prüfen und Korrekturwerte einpflegen
• Qualitätsabweichungen dokumentieren und Programme bei Bedarf optimieren
Ihr Profil
• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im metallverarbeitenden Bereich oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in CNC-Bearbeitung, Umformtechnik oder Produktion
• Kenntnisse in Messtechnik, Qualitätssicherung und technischer Dokumentation
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise SAP
• Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch fortgeschritten

For our customer ARIANEGROUP, we are looking for a suitable candidate.
You will program and optimize CNC bending processes in production and ensure dimensional accuracy of complex tube components.
Your tasks
• Create and modify CNC programs for tube forming and machining
• Transfer design data into bending programs and define bending directions
• Set up and adjust clamping devices and bending fixtures
• Assign tools, run programs and manufacture components
• Measure and inspect parts according to inspection plans
• Document deviations and optimize programs when required
Your profile
• Completed technical training in metalworking or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in CNC machining or forming technology
• Knowledge of measurement, quality control and technical documentation
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally SAP
• Structured working style and strong team skills
• German fluent and English advanced
