Buyer Customer Service Procurement (d/f/m) – AIRBUS

In this role, you support sourcing and supplier management activities in the customer service environment, contributing to competitive aftermarket procurement solutions.

Your tasks

• Sourcing and securing commercial conditions for customer orders and quotations

• Leading review meetings and negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors

• Identifying recurring sourcing issues and implementing corrective actions

• Collaborating closely with planning, supply management and product teams

• Supporting process and IT improvements within procurement transformation

• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and supporting performance management

Your profile

• Degree in business engineering, supply chain, logistics or a related field

• Experience in procurement, customer service or supply chain environments

• Confident use of SAP and digital workplace tools; Skywise is a plus

• Structured, independent and results-oriented working style

• Strong communication skills across internal and external stakeholders

• Fluent English is required; German and French skills are an advantage

• Analytical mindset with interest in data-driven procurement improvement
