In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie als Certifying Staff CAT B2 Verantwortung für elektrische und avionische Systeme des militärischen Hubschraubers NH90 TTH/NFH. Sie koordinieren Instandhaltungsarbeiten, führen Systemtests und Fehlersuchen durch und stellen die vollständige technische Dokumentation sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Prüfung komplexer elektrischer und avionischer Hubschraubersysteme
• Durchführung von Systemtests einschließlich Upgrades, Modifikationen und Retrofits
• Fehlersuche, Störungsbehebung sowie planbare und unplanbare Inspektionen am NH90 TTH/NFH
• Dokumentation der Arbeiten in SASPF, im NC-Tool und im Planungstool PPC
• Fachliche Unterweisung, Einteilung und Anleitung der zugeteilten Mitarbeiter sowie Kontrolle der Arbeitsergebnisse
• Erstellung von Beanstandungsmeldungen nach AFTO22/29, Pflege der Luftfahrzeugdokumentation und Log-Card-Management

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als Techniker oder Fachwirt beziehungsweise technisches Studium mit entsprechender Zusatzqualifikation
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Elektrik, Elektrotechnik oder Elektronik sowie in der Luft- und Raumfahrt
• Erfahrung in Qualitätssicherung und technischer Dokumentation
• Grundmodule nach EASA Part-66 für Certifying Staff CAT B2 sowie B2-Typentraining gemäß DEMAR 147 am NH90
• Abgeschlossenes On-the-Job-Training, gültige Military Aircraft Maintenance Licence und Kenntnisse des Systems SASPF
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher sowie eine zuverlässige, teamorientierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you work as Certifying Staff CAT B2 with responsibility for electrical and avionics systems of the military NH90 TTH/NFH helicopter. You coordinate maintenance activities, perform system testing and troubleshooting and ensure complete technical documentation.

Your tasks

• Assemble, commission and test complex electrical and avionics helicopter systems
• Perform system tests including upgrades, modifications and retrofit activities
• Conduct troubleshooting, fault rectification and scheduled or unscheduled inspections on the NH90 TTH/NFH
• Document completed work in SASPF, the NC tool and the PPC planning system
• Instruct, allocate and guide assigned employees and verify work progress and results
• Prepare AFTO22/29 non-conformance reports, maintain aircraft documentation and manage log cards

Your profile

• Completed technical qualification as a technician or specialist, or a technical degree with relevant additional qualification
• More than three years of experience in electrical engineering, electronics and the aerospace sector
• Experience in quality assurance and technical documentation
• EASA Part-66 basic modules for Certifying Staff CAT B2 and B2 type training according to DEMAR 147 for the NH90
• Completed on-the-job training, a valid Military Aircraft Maintenance Licence and knowledge of SASPF
• Business-fluent German and English with a reliable, team-oriented and quality-conscious working style
