Supply Chain Specialist Aircraft Material Support (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist for aircraft material support. The focus is on customer support, quotation preparation and complete order management for spare parts, repairs and in-service support.

Your tasks

• Act as the sole point of contact for customers regarding material-support orders and order fulfilment
• Obtain prices
• Prepare and forward quotations and/or price lists to customers
• Perform complete order management for spare parts, repairs and in-service support
• Follow up on and mitigate risks within the procurement process for spare parts and repair services through to handover to customer management regarding customer inquiries, including material returns and warranty claims

Your profile

• Completed Master’s degree or Diplom in industrial engineering, supply chain or logistics, or business administration
• More than three years of professional experience in materials planning or material procurement
• More than three years of professional experience in customer service
• More than three years of professional experience in supply chain or logistics
• Detailed specialist knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
• English at least at negotiation level; German language skills are an advantage
• Strong teamwork skills
• High level of customer orientation
• Strong communication skills
• Strong understanding of logistics
