Sie verantworten Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekte im internationalen Gebäudemanagement und begleiten diese von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Selbstständige Projektierung von Bauprojekten wie Umbauten, Modernisierungen und Neubauten

• Steuerung und Koordination externer Planungsbüros und Dienstleister

• Direkte Abstimmung mit internen Auftraggebern und Stakeholdern

• Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung, Steuerung und Abrechnung von Bauprojekten

• Übernahme von Projekt- und Bauleitungsaufgaben über alle Projektphasen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, TGA oder vergleichbar

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bauwesen und in der Projektleitung

• Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; CAD-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

You manage construction and infrastructure projects within a global buildings and construction environment, covering all project phases.

Your tasks

• Independent management of construction projects including refurbishment, modernization, and new builds

• Coordination and control of external planning offices and service providers

• Direct coordination with internal clients and stakeholders

• Execution, control, and commercial handling of construction projects

• Responsibility for project and site management activities

Your profile

• Degree in architecture, civil engineering, building services, or a comparable field

• Several years of experience in construction and project management

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style

• Strong communication skills and team mindset

• Confident use of MS Office; CAD skills are an advantage

• Business-fluent German and solid English skills
