Gesucht wird ein Logistik-Service-Manager für die Steuerung, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung physischer Logistikleistungen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Leistungs-, Vertrags-, Budget- und Risikomanagement sowie der Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und Logistikdienstleistern.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sicherstellung der Leistungs- und Verbesserungskontrolle im physischen Logistikmanagement
• Implementierung und Überwachung von KPIs für Leistung, Kosten, Qualität und Umwelt
• Sicherstellung der Anwendung von AIRBUS-Logistiklösungen, -Prozessen, -Regeln und -Richtlinien
• Steuerung von Problemlösungen durch effiziente Alarm- und Eskalationsprozesse
• Initiierung kurzfristiger lokaler Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und Austausch bewährter Praktiken innerhalb des Logistiknetzwerks
• Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von End-to-End-Logistiklösungen, Infrastruktur und Flächennutzung
• Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit standardisierter Distributionsmittel in erforderlicher Qualität und Quantität
• Bewertung logistischer Auswirkungen kurz- und mittelfristiger Planungsänderungen
• Sicherstellung der vertragsgerechten Leistungserbringung durch Anbieter und AIRBUS sowie Einhaltung von Budgets und Einsparzielen
• Erstellung, Prüfung und Validierung operativer Änderungsanträge, Leistungsspezifikationen, Ad-hoc-Serviceanforderungen und Forderungen
• Mitarbeit an projektbezogenen Änderungsanträgen
• Durchführung technischer Verhandlungen zu Stückpreisen, Volumen und Prognosen
• Sicherstellung einer harmonisierten und agilen Vertragsverwaltung für termingerechte, qualitativ hochwertige und wirtschaftliche Dienstleistungen
• Entwicklung und Einführung von Arbeitsmethoden und Schulungen für das Vertragsmanagement
• Kalkulation und Überwachung des Logistikbudgets gemeinsam mit der Finanzabteilung
• Unterstützung der Beschaffung bei der Umsetzung und Überwachung von Vertragsmechanismen
• Abstimmung der Logistikabläufe auf die Prozesse und Anforderungen interner Stakeholder
• Umsetzung und Überwachung von Service Level Agreements
• Analyse und Hinterfragung interner Anforderungen sowie Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von Änderungen
• Durchführung des Risikomanagements, von Ursachenanalysen und Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung
• Verantwortung für Themen der Lufttüchtigkeit, Qualität, Umwelt, Arbeitssicherheit und Gefahrgut im Logistikbetrieb
• Mitwirkung an Unternehmensaudits und der industriellen Reife
• Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Audits mit dem Qualitätsbereich sowie Umsetzung notwendiger Korrekturmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil

• Qualifikation als Techniker oder Fachwirt im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, in Supply Chain beziehungsweise Logistik oder in Betriebswirtschaft
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Supply Chain beziehungsweise Logistik
• Erste Anwendungskenntnisse in SAP sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils mindestens verhandlungssicher
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Zweischichtbetrieb
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent

We are looking for a Logistics Service Manager to manage, monitor and continuously improve physical logistics services. The focus is on performance, contract, budget and risk management as well as cooperation with internal stakeholders and logistics service providers.

Your tasks

• Ensure performance monitoring and continuous improvement within physical logistics management
• Implement and monitor KPIs covering performance, costs, quality and environmental aspects
• Ensure the application of AIRBUS logistics solutions, processes, rules and guidelines
• Drive problem-solving through efficient alert and escalation processes
• Propose short-term local improvement initiatives and share best practices across the Logistics Service Manager network
• Contribute to the optimization of end-to-end logistics solutions, infrastructure and space utilization
• Ensure that standard distribution equipment is available in the required quality and quantity
• Assess logistics impacts arising from short- and medium-term planning changes
• Ensure correct contractual application by suppliers and AIRBUS as well as compliance with budgets and savings targets
• Prepare, review and validate operational change requests, work specifications, ad-hoc service requests and claims
• Contribute to change requests within projects
• Conduct technical negotiations concerning unit prices, volumes and forecasts
• Ensure harmonized and agile contract administration to deliver services on time, at the required quality and at competitive cost
• Develop and deploy working methods and training to support contract-management activities
• Calculate and monitor the logistics budget in cooperation with Finance
• Support Procurement in implementing and monitoring contractual mechanisms
• Align logistics operations with the processes and requirements of internal stakeholders
• Implement and monitor service level agreements
• Anticipate, understand and challenge internal stakeholder requirements and ensure the implementation of changes
• Manage risks with internal stakeholders and logistics service providers, conduct root-cause analyses and define mitigation plans
• Assume responsibility for airworthiness-authority, quality, environmental, health and safety, and dangerous-goods topics relating to logistics operations
• Contribute to company audits and industrial maturity
• Plan, prepare and conduct audits with the Quality function and implement corrective measures addressing identified findings

Your profile

• Technician or specialist business qualification in industrial engineering, supply chain or logistics, or business administration
• More than two years of professional experience in supplier management
• More than two years of professional experience in supply chain or logistics
• Initial practical knowledge of SAP as well as knowledge of Google Workspace
• German and English both at least at negotiation level
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High level of responsibility, resilience and organizational ability
