Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS suchen wir Sie als Supply Officer (m/w/d) – EF Serienproduktion / Materialsteuerung – AIRBUS am Standort Manching.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern (Produktion, Arbeitsplanung, Einkauf, Exportkontrolle, Lieferanten) im Rahmen des Beschaffungsprozesses

• Prüfung und Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Ausführung von Bestellaufträgen

• Proaktives Beschaffungs- und Bestandsmanagement, inklusive Forecastermittlung und Überwachung der Lagerbestände

• Sicherstellung einer störungsfreien Materialversorgung für interne Kunden

• Priorisierung und Tagessteuerung der Materialbedarfe nach Produktions- und Kundenerfordernissen

• Prüfung und Freigabe von Lieferantenrechnungen

• Pflege und Bearbeitung von Auftragsdaten in SAP

• Mitarbeit in Verbesserungsinitiativen und Projekten im Bereich Supply Chain Management

• Teilnahme an Projektmeetings und Workshops inkl. Vor- und Nachbereitung

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann, Techniker, Fachwirtoder vergleichbar)

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Management oder der Materialsteuerung

• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office

• Deutsch: verhandlungssicher?Englisch: verhandlungssicher

• Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a Supply Officer (f/m/d) – EF Series Production / Material Coordination – AIRBUS at the Manching site.

Your tasks

• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders (production, planning, procurement, export control, suppliers) within the procurement process

• Ensure proper execution of purchase orders and delivery schedules

• Manage supply chain and inventory levels proactively, including forecasting and material flow control

• Secure a steady material supply for internal customers

• Prioritize and manage day-to-day material requirements according to production needs

• Review and approve supplier invoices

• Maintain and update order data in SAP

• Support improvement initiatives and participate in workshops and project meetings

Your profile

• Completed technical or commercial education (e.g. Industrial Clerk, Technician, or equivalent)

• Professional experience in supply chain or production logistics

• Proficient in SAP and MS Office

• Fluent in German and English

• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and structured work ethic
