Für unseren Kunden Airbus suchen wir Sie als Produktionsplaner (m/w/d) – Prototypenfertigung / Production Control & Planning – Airbus (auch in Teilzeit möglich).

In dieser Funktion sind Sie Teil des Teams Prototype DON und übernehmen die operative Planung, Steuerung und Kommunikation entlang der Material- und Produktionskette in einem komplexen Entwicklungsumfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Funktion als zentrale Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen internen Fachbereichen und externen Kunden/Lieferanten

• End-to-End-Planung und Materialsteuerung im Rahmen verschiedener Projekte

• Pflege und Steuerung von SAP-Netzplänen sowie zeitgerechte Einsteuerung von Hubschrauberkomponenten

• Sicherstellung der termingerechten und qualitätskonformen Erreichung von Programmmilestones

• Erstellung von Standardreports zur Materialverfügbarkeit und Fehlteilanalyse

• Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen in Materialsteuerung und Logistik

• Unterstützung von Projekten durch den Einsatz von Lean-Methoden

• Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriemechaniker/in) mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Fachwirt
  oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Fertigung, Produktionsplanung oder -steuerung (mind. 4 Jahre)

• Erfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie von Vorteil

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office, SAP und Google Workspace (G-Suite)

• Grundkenntnisse in C+, Python oder SQL wünschenswert

• Deutsch: verhandlungssicher

• Englisch: fortgeschritten

• Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Organisationsfähigkeit und Flexibilität

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen und sicherem Stakeholder-Management

Production Planner (f/m/d) – Prototype Manufacturing / Production Control & Planning – Airbus

For our customer Airbus, we are looking for a Production Planner (f/m/d) – Prototype Manufacturing / Production Control & Planning – Airbus (also available part-time).

In this role, you will coordinate material flow and production processes within the Prototype DON organization, ensuring milestone delivery and process efficiency in a high-technology aerospace environment.

Your tasks

• Act as communication interface between internal and external stakeholders

• End-to-end planning and material control for multiple aerospace projects

• Maintain and manage SAP network plans and ensure timely component allocation

• Ensure on-time and quality-compliant achievement of program milestones

• Generate standard reports on material availability and shortages

• Identify and implement process improvements in material control and logistics

• Support ongoing projects through Lean methodologies

• Collaborate across departments and international teams

Your profile

• Technical degree (e.g. Industrial Mechanic, Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering)

• Alternatively: technical apprenticeship with further qualification as Technician or Business Administrator (Fachwirt)

• Several years of experience in production control, manufacturing planning or scheduling

• Experience in aerospace production environments desirable

• Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and Google Workspace

• Basic programming skills (e.g. C+, Python, SQL) advantageous

• Fluent in German, good command of English

• Self-reliant, flexible and detail-oriented personality

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
