Sie prüfen Material und Dokumentation im Wareneingang und Warenausgang und sichern Qualität und Regelkonformität im militärischen Umfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung von Wareneingangs- und Warenausgangsprüfungen für Material und Dokumente

• Prüfung von Liefer- und Qualitätsdokumenten sowie Non-Conformities

• Kontrolle von Lauf- und Lagerzeiten in Abstimmung mit relevanten Datenquellen

• Pflege und Übertragung von Daten in SAP sowie Nutzung angrenzender Systeme

• Klärung und Behebung von Abweichungen an Material und Dokumentation

• Unterstützung bei Auswertungen und Performance-Analysen, insbesondere OTQ

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene technische oder logistische Berufsausbildung

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Lagerlogistik, Supply Chain oder Qualitätssicherung

• Strukturierte, gewissenhafte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

• Sicherer Umgang mit sensiblen Materialien und Daten

• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen innerdeutschen Reisen und Samstagsarbeit

• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

You inspect incoming and outgoing goods and related documentation, ensuring quality and compliance in a military aviation environment.

Your tasks

• Execution of incoming and outgoing goods quality inspections

• Verification of delivery and quality documentation and non-conformities

• Review of lead times and storage times in coordination with relevant data sources

• Data maintenance and transfer in SAP and related systems

• Resolution of material and documentation deviations

• Support of performance analyses, especially OTQ

Your profile

• Completed technical or logistics-related vocational training

• Several years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or quality assurance

• Structured, diligent, and independent working style

• Confident handling of sensitive materials and data

• Willingness for occasional domestic travel and Saturday work

• Business-fluent German and solid English skills
