In this role, you support the development of training simulation solutions. You combine systems engineering with coordination tasks and help deliver user-focused instructor operating stations.

Your tasks

  • Capture customer needs and translate them into system specifications
  • Support technical planning with systems and software engineering teams
  • Prioritize requirements, features and technical improvements
  • Support development of user-focused interfaces for training simulation
  • Identify risks and support timely issue resolution
  • Coordinate external suppliers and report progress to stakeholders

Your profile

  • Degree in computer science, aerospace engineering or a comparable technical field
  • Experience in engineering and aerospace-related systems
  • Experience across the systems engineering lifecycle of simulation projects
  • Understanding of modern software development methods
  • Knowledge of C++, Qt or QML
  • Negotiation-level English skills, German is an advantage
