Rollenüberblick
Sie arbeiten im Customer-Support-Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt Netzwerk- und Firewall-Administration. Der Fokus liegt auf stabilen Infrastrukturen, Störungsanalyse und sicherem Betrieb.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Aufbau, Betrieb und Pflege von Firewall- und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen

• Sicherstellung einer performanten und stabilen Netzwerkumgebung

• Analyse und Behebung komplexer Netzwerkstörungen (Incident Management)

• Mitarbeit in Change-, Release- und Configuration-Prozessen

• Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen

• Mitarbeit in Projekten und Bereitschaft zur Rufbereitschaft

Ihr Profil

• IT-nahe Ausbildung oder Studium

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerk- und Firewall-Administration

• Fundierte Erfahrung mit TCP/IP, Switching und Routing (z. B. BGP, OSPF)

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in IPsec und Netzwerk-Troubleshooting (z. B. tcpdump, Wireshark)

• Strukturierte, analytische und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Role overview
You will work in customer support with a focus on network and firewall administration, ensuring stable, secure and high-performance infrastructures.

Your tasks

• Build, operate and maintain firewall and network infrastructures

• Ensure stable and high-performance network operations

• Analyze and resolve complex network incidents

• Support change, release and configuration management

• Create and maintain technical documentation

• Participate in projects and on-call duty

Your profile

• IT-related vocational training or academic background

• Strong experience in network and firewall administration

• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and switching (e.g. BGP, OSPF)

• Very good IPsec and troubleshooting skills (e.g. tcpdump, Wireshark)

• Structured, analytical and service-oriented mindset

• Fluent German and English skills
