In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Projektleitung für die Entwicklung automatisierter Testsysteme für Radar-, Electronic-Warfare- und Avioniksysteme. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf technischer Konzeption, Systemarchitektur, Projektsteuerung sowie Schnittstellenmanagement zu internen Kunden und Unterauftragnehmern.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Leitung von Testsystem-Projekten inklusive Termin-, Kosten- und Leistungssteuerung
• Sicherstellung wirtschaftlicher Ziele und technischer Vorgaben im Projektverlauf
• Konzeption automatisierter Testsysteme auf Basis von Kundenanforderungen
• Definition von Testsystem-Architekturen und Erstellung zugehöriger Systemdokumentation
• Spezifikation von Hardware-, Software-, Subsystem- und Modulanforderungen im Projektteam
• Schnittstellenmanagement zu internen Kunden, Einkauf und Unterauftragnehmern

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Physik, Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Messtechnik und Entwicklung von Testsystemen
• Erfahrung als Erzeugnisverantwortlicher für Hardware oder Software ist von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse in automatisierten Testsystemen mit TestStand, LabVIEW, LabWindows oder C++
• Kenntnisse in Hochfrequenztechnik und/oder Optronik sowie sehr gutes Systemverständnis
• Deutsch und Englisch mindestens verhandlungssicher

In this role, you will manage projects for the development of automated test systems for radar, electronic warfare and avionics systems. The focus is on technical concepts, system architecture, project control and interface management with internal customers and subcontractors.

Your tasks

• Manage test system projects including schedule, cost and performance control
• Ensure economic targets and technical requirements throughout the project
• Develop concepts for automated test systems based on customer requirements
• Define test system architectures and prepare related system documentation
• Specify hardware, software, subsystem and module requirements within the project team
• Manage interfaces with internal customers, purchasing and subcontractors

Your profile

• Degree in physics, electrical engineering, communications engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in measurement technology and test system development
• Experience as product owner for hardware or software is an advantage
• Knowledge of automated test systems with TestStand, LabVIEW, LabWindows or C++
• Knowledge of high-frequency technology and/or optronics plus very good system understanding
• German and English at least business fluent
