Buyer R&T Procurement Mechanical Systems & Interiors (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

We support our customers with experience, technical proximity and clear project orientation. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you will support procurement activities for Mechanical System Installation and Interiors R&T projects. The focus is on sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, contract management and cooperation with international engineering, programme and supplier interfaces.

Your tasks

• Coordinate with R&T, engineering and programme teams to define suitable procurement strategies
• Manage tender activities including RFI, RFP, negotiations, contract preparation and amendments
• Support sourcing, supplier screening and market intelligence for R&T supply chain decisions
• Negotiate cooperation and research agreements including IP-related procurement aspects
• Build and maintain internal and external networks with international suppliers and stakeholders
• Ensure professional supplier relationship management in line with ethics and compliance standards

Your profile

• Degree in engineering, business administration or a comparable field
• Professional experience in procurement, project management and contract management
• Experience in international negotiations with suppliers, customers or external stakeholders desirable
• SAP knowledge, Google Workspace experience and good process management skills
• Good knowledge of risk management in a procurement or project environment
• Business-fluent English skills; German or French skills are beneficial
