Industrial Project Manager MRO (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

You will support industrial management activities in the MRO environment with a focus on project coordination, industrial readiness and event preparation. The role combines project steering, interface management and the implementation of industrial capabilities across operational activities.

Your tasks
• Coordinate industrial contributions to MRO bidding activities across relevant project phases
• Support the implementation of industrial strategy and related CAPEX measures
• Manage industrial projects covering hangar, slot and event readiness
• Coordinate layouts, logistics flows, tools, utilities, sourcing and operational interfaces
• Ensure structured preparation of MRO events and harmonized configuration management
• Track risks and opportunities and support cross-site industrial improvement activities

Your profile
• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in project management and industrial environments
• Strong understanding of industrial coordination, operational planning and implementation
• Confident handling of MS Office and structured reporting in project contexts
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach to stakeholder management
• Business fluent English skills, additional German or Spanish skills are an advantage
