Sie arbeiten an der Qualitätssicherung im Entwicklungsumfeld und begleiten Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung. Der Fokus liegt auf der Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards sowie der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Verfolgung und Begleitung von Entwicklungsaktivitäten im Software- und Systemumfeld
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Bereichen wie Engineering, Qualität und Fertigung
• Abstimmung und Kooperation mit externen Lieferanten im Entwicklungsprozess
• Erstellung und Pflege von Qualitätssicherungsplänen (QAP)
• Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an Designprüfungen zur Sicherstellung der Planvorgaben
• Initiierung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung

Ihr Profil
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Entwicklung und Qualitätssicherung
• Erfahrung im Aerospace-Umfeld von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse in Systementwicklungsprozessen und im Konfigurationsmanagement
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösungskompetenz

You will support quality assurance in a development environment and accompany projects from concept to implementation. The focus is on ensuring quality standards and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Your tasks
• Monitor and support development activities in software and system environments
• Collaborate with internal departments such as engineering, quality and manufacturing
• Coordinate with external suppliers throughout the development process
• Create and maintain quality assurance plans (QAP)
• Prepare and participate in design reviews to ensure compliance with requirements
• Initiate and implement continuous improvement measures

Your profile
• Degree in engineering or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in development and quality assurance
• Experience in the aerospace environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of system development processes and configuration management
• Business fluent German and English skills
• Structured working style with strong communication and conflict resolution skills
