Supply Officer Aircraft On Ground (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you will ensure the availability of aircraft materials in Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations. You will coordinate urgent procurement activities, work closely with suppliers and internal customers, and contribute to maintaining an efficient international supply chain.

Your tasks

• Manage the material flow for Aircraft on Ground requirements and identify solutions for urgent supply situations
• Validate material requirements, communicate demand to suppliers and coordinate urgent procurement activities
• Place and track orders, analyze delivery delays and coordinate recovery plans with suppliers
• Participate in the definition and optimization of logistics and supply chain processes
• Monitor daily supply chain performance and maintain regular communication with suppliers and internal customers
• Participate in the on-call service and support critical operational supply activities

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a technical discipline, or qualification as Technician/Fachwirt in Supply Chain or Logistics
• More than two years of experience in material procurement, customer service, supply chain or logistics
• Advanced SAP skills; knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
• Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills with an independent and structured working style
• Business fluent English; advanced French and Spanish are desirable; German skills are an advantage
