In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Arbeitsvorbereitung im Bereich Composite-Fertigung. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Arbeitsplänen, Stücklisten, technischen Änderungen, Fertigungsunterlagen und der Klärung technischer Themen im Produktionsumfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Arbeitsvorbereitung im Bereich Composites für bestehende Programme und Neuentwicklungen
• Erstellung komplexer Arbeitspläne, Stücklisten und zugehöriger Kalkulationen
• Einarbeitung technischer Änderungen in Fertigungsunterlagen, SOIs und digitale Legebücher
• Anforderung von Fertigungsmitteln und Mitarbeit bei der Definition ihrer Auslegung
• Prüfung und Freigabe von Bauunterlagen, Vorschriften und technischen Fertigungsdokumenten
• Bearbeitung von Non-Conformities, Nacharbeitsaufträgen, PFMEAs und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil

• Studium im Maschinenbau, Bereich Composites oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Arbeitsvorbereitung, Fertigung, Produktion oder technischer Sachbearbeitung
• Kenntnisse in Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik sowie Erfahrung mit Composite-Prozessen
• Erfahrung in Projektmanagement, Supply Chain oder Logistics im Produktionsumfeld
• Detailkenntnisse in MS Office und SAP sowie sicherer Umgang mit GSuite
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und versierte Englischkenntnisse

In this role, you take over work preparation tasks in composite manufacturing. The focus is on work plans, bills of materials, technical changes, manufacturing documents and clarification of technical topics in the production environment.

Your tasks

• Prepare work in the field of composites for existing programs and new developments
• Create complex work plans, bills of materials and related calculations
• Implement technical changes in manufacturing documents, SOIs and digital lay-up books
• Request production equipment and support the definition of its technical design
• Review and approve build documentation, specifications and technical manufacturing documents
• Handle non-conformities, rework orders, PFMEAs and improvement measures

Your profile

• Degree in mechanical engineering, composites or a comparable technical field
• Several years of experience in work preparation, manufacturing, production or technical administration
• Knowledge of plastics and rubber technology as well as experience with composite processes
• Experience in project management, supply chain or logistics in a production environment
• Detailed knowledge of MS Office and SAP plus confident handling of GSuite
• Business-fluent German skills and advanced English skills
