Sie steuern Planung, Performance und Verbesserungsinitiativen im Bereich Airframe Analysis. Der Fokus liegt auf harmonisierter Projektplanung, KPI-basierter Steuerung und nachhaltiger Prozessoptimierung.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Sicherstellung einer belastbaren Projekt- und Ressourcenplanung im Engineering-Umfeld
• Harmonisierung von Planungsannahmen über Projekte und Standorte hinweg
• Analyse bestehender Arbeitsmethoden und Definition gezielter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
• Einführung und Steuerung von KPI-basiertem Performance-Management
• Leitung von Verbesserungsinitiativen unter Anwendung von Lean- und KVP-Methoden
• Erstellung von Dashboards und Transparenz über Fortschritt und Wertbeitrag

Ihr Profil
• Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
• Erfahrung im Engineering-Umfeld sowie in Projekt- und Performance-Management
• Kenntnisse in Lean Management, KVP und strukturierten Planungsmethoden
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Project und digitalen Planungstools
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Strukturierte, eigenständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Reisebereitschaft

• Create dashboards to provide transparency on progress and added value

Your profile
• Degree in engineering or industrial engineering
• Experience in engineering environments and performance management
• Knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement and structured planning methods
• Confident use of MS Project and digital planning tools
• Business fluent German and English skills
• Independent, structured and collaborative working style with willingness to travel
